Team was good but management not good as per brand.salary was good but in appraisal time management ignore employee performance.

Fab management was not good as per standard. There was no career growth.

I was GDO (Guest Delight officer) in Fab Hotels.I am handling 4-5 Hotels on daily basis,during my work I was audit hotels vacant rooms on daily basis,check Hotels tab,present and future booking and staff,hotels manatenance. Daily staff briefing .
