There is nothing to like it. Promotion is given only to known friends and some positions are only for the relatives of the operation VP.vp do only macro management and cheap class mentality he have.every day work on cost cutting formula, totally unsecured professional life. Very cheap than a garbage box.

Mangers do only favourite employees promotion.managers are low qualified and political person. They fire anyone at any point of time because Vp is like that. HR is useless there they do as per the company VP not as per the policy. Policy works only on paper not in real time. Overall worst company ever.
