I am working in this organization for the past years. I am conducting and AUDIT Of ISO and SASO based standards. I am working hard and Our management does not value and individuals on my unique strengths, that's why i do not back my suggestions. and same nonvaluable strength applies on my career which is why I have back my suggestions most of the times. I am senior in the department but I will give train for each and every person who works in my departments. which is painful....Read More

my work in this organization is slightly challenging, as I have to work in this organization after entire the full production summary. incoming and outgoing products testing. Controlling the activities and work in the team based.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
