I am working in this organization for past 9 years. I am very like to working in this organization for the various type of improvements continuously and periodically. I would like for this organization giving more career improving opportunities in my self, and also every year training for update through skills for various departments. Fabco plastic factory co. Ltd works safely and ISO and other auditing training programs conducting for each and every employee who works in the organization.

Dislikes

I am working in this organization for the past years. I am conducting and AUDIT Of ISO and SASO based standards. I am working hard and Our management does not value and individuals on my unique strengths, that's why i do not back my suggestions. and same nonvaluable strength applies on my career which is why I have back my suggestions most of the times. I am senior in the department but I will give train for each and every person who works in my departments. which is painful.
