When I joined this company, everything was fine for the first 4 months.

Gradually, the CEO of the company, Partha Pratim Das Mahapatra, started micro managing everything. He said he will given me an unofficial manager, and that manager was Shromon Ghosh. Then, suddenly after 5 months, the CEO called me and said that the inside sales department would be shifted to Bhubaneswar, so I would have to leave the job. He gave me a month’s notice, I said it’s fine, I would shift to Bhubaneswar, but then the CEO said, no, we won’t keep you. When I asked if there was an issue with my performance he said there wasn’t any issue like that. The culture there was very cheap minded. The CEO didn’t like employees talking to anyone....Read More

Company culture is not good. Good solutions will neither be accepted nor appreciated. Your immediate managers lack the required technical expertise required for managing the IT team. Company sticks to using old methods and practices with little to no focus over code quality and stability. Very strict office hours.
