The work culture here is very good. If we talk about work life balance then it is ezeiatech systems. The management and HR is very humble and supportive. they help us in any way possible. The projects and work is challenging.

The culture of this company is very positive and transparent to everyone, Lots of opportunities and they have a number of good and big clients. You will really enjoy the autonomy and freedom of work you choose with different languages, technologies. More than 4 years I have worked with this company and the biggest point as a mid senior resource was, since I joined this company I have been never pressured that you have to come to the office on a regular basis. Yes the day there is a client meeting, client deal, launch etc. come to the office that day otherwise you can work from home if you want. You can work from office, cafeteria, business park, sitting in the car. It doesn't matter what you are wearing, even though I sometimes get out of my car and started working, meeting in the capri. The entire staff is highly qualified and supportive. Many times I have seen that your CEO, CTO and managers sit with you for code and healthy discussion. And the final thing that I was missing in my previous organisations and have seen in this company was that you don't need to call anyone "SIR". You can call anyone by their direct names. I am very proud that I have worked with Ezeiatech for 4+ years. If someday i got a chance will surely join this....Read More
