I like the Management and work environment. We can balance the work and personal life. Most good part of the company is all the employees are Friendly and understanding. Management can do extra activity to entertain the employees i.g. wow wednesday's and fun friday's and arrange the official function time to time. That's the nice part which i was like most..........

Most I like is the culture. The environment is very good. Reporting managers are supportive. Salary is on time, appraisals are on time. Growth opportunity is there. Shift time are also flexible.
