I like the sincerity towards developing each and every employee skills.
Which I dislike about EZ is, compulsory presence in friday. Because after night shift it's difficult to come on Friday. One more thing which I dislike is nothing is available in cafeteria rather than tea and coffee. There should be some more stuffs.

I am not seen any thing to dislike here, aal the things is good, only request please put 2 water bottle on each side of table in each team to easy for every one , and not more and more going outsides for little bit of every minute, this is a good initiative to work flow also . Thankyou

Many things affect an employee's life & tenure here. 1. There is heavy politics at the firm. You will be heavily micromanaged by the director and the whole stakeholders team. This firm deals in a highly fast-paced environment & with that pressure, you have to also face the nagging of the so-called stakeholders. You have to constantly face backstabbing. Intentionally people will be made to conflict with each other, just to fulfill these frickin stakeholders' egos. 2. There is no go-through person, who is an expert, to whom you can ask any doubt. You have on yourself and if any escalation happens, then you are going to be the scapegoat. 3. There is no job security. You can be fired on the spot, on WhatsApp messages (although that's the tool on which the firm is running). You will get no chance to speak for yourself. It doesn't matter if you have performed well, They don't care you will be fired. In the last 2 years, more than 20+ good employees have left them. The firm has a value tree, which employees have to follow, like being honest, transparent, and collaborative but the do not even practice that, everything happens here in closed-door rooms, without any transparency. 4. The person who claims to be the director of the whole delivery division, has no idea how every department including presentation, market research, and data analytics, works, the simple solution according to them is "do ChatGPT. 5. The salary date is the 7th of the month, which can be escalated up to the 9-10th. 6. Particularly for market research, there is no paid database or anything that you can use, you have to gather info from open search engines only. Also initially the department is of market research, but you will be also working on data entry, HR grunt work, or work like financial modeling because they accept every work from clients as long it's paid, and if escalation happens, god save you. 7. You will never ever be respected at this firm, No matter who you are, you will not be scolded, you will be going to get bullied, and disrespected, by everyone. 8. The office is located in sector 62 of Gurgaon, which is a kind of village area and it's really unsafe at night, especially for women. 9. As this is the rational shift environment, you will have to work on one weekend, as per your shift schedule, but on that day just because you are working from home you will be asked to work 12 hours, without any pay. 10. The firm is completely manual, so their attendance dashboard is, which will miscalculate your salary and boom there is a deduction, now if you want to talk about the deduction you have to wait for the Payslip release, and it usually comes after 19th or 20th, and boom here goes your appeal for the deduction...Read More

there is nothing to be liked about this company
worst company you will ever come across, they fired me within 20 days of joining saying you do not fit your requirement. They are not sure what they want from candidate and they do wrong hiring and then they fire. The CTO is the person with 5yo experience and that too his first job, not saying that is not possible but in this case the person is an idiot. there is no structure of work and even the products are worst. top management will abuse you whenever they like and do it in front of everyone. they will blatantly fire you even without notice, i know it sounds strange but trust me this is how they function. Less important : the office is in sector 62 near a village and it is in secluded area. it is only good for freshers who wants to gain some experience, but for seasoned professionals it is the worst company to work with. please reconsider if you are planning to join, if you are reading this be careful....Read More
