Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Most of the time, I had to work for 18 - 20 hours in a day due to tight schedule of client's deliverable, I had to attend business calls in the evening and most of the time late night calls as well. Partner and managers do not value an individual's core strength, knowledge base, etc. and always ignored my suggestions most of the times, however, the same idea used to be accepted when client is annoyed with their ideas or suggestion and the blame game starts. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also, there is not enough subjective training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. The most importantly no room for personal life and micro management by senior leaders which leads to dissatisfaction....Read More
