Work life balance and overall environment of the company is awesome. Like many other companies where my friends work and share about politics within the team or on the floor, I haven’t seen such kind of environment in Exzeo. It’s been very motivating so far, good thing is that my company provides me an environment where I can learn new skills and grow. Cons The work will put you into Comfort zone, because that's too much easy for a Civil Engineer, You are paid less ( but if you're a student ignore this) They don't consider you a part of Company untill you are a Permanent Employee, It's not worth it, to work here if you are a Graduate (Find some job being here, don't think to settle here as a Intern).
