Firstly, i am really thankful as the company provides WFH to their employees. The company has recently adopted few new technologies for betterment of work. As a result, the jobs are done flawlessly. Management took better prospective to assure the safety of their employees such as health policy to all the employees to consult a doctor from home.

The growth is certainly slow in this company and hikes are delayed. over all its 3.5 star out of 5.

The client for which I'm working with has VPN access and I can do my work remotely.

Dislikes

There is no performance appraisal. Everybody gets the same hike which is very negligible. If client doesn't want you, then the company will fire you in no time.

Its an outsourcing compony for development projects, so you have to do what client will say.

Job security is terrible. One day HR will call you and that will be your last day of work, event last day of getting payment. Its general practice not a special treatment for me or any other person.
