The client for which I'm working with has VPN access and I can do my work remotely.

Dislikes

There is no performance appraisal. Everybody gets the same hike which is very negligible. If client doesn't want you, then the company will fire you in no time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its an outsourcing compony for development projects, so you have to do what client will say.

Job security is terrible. One day HR will call you and that will be your last day of work, event last day of getting payment. Its general practice not a special treatment for me or any other person.
