My ex- manager (Deepti) was an evil person. She made my life at work extremely difficult. She is the very definition of a toxic manager. I raised a complaint against her with all the proofs but the leadership didn’t help at allz

No job security, constant firings and layoffs are happening. HR team does not know how to talk with the employees and solve their issues. Very bad culture, toxic managers who have come from Amazon, pip culture, no appraisals and less pay. Would not recommend to join here if you want a stable environment. Better join a good start up than this place or go for any other MNC.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

Toxic and unskilled managers who only know how to play politics and not actually engage with the team to know the real story, can get easily manipulated against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.
