No actual work leading to lots of politics, people focus more on show off and VISIBILITY, rather than actual work. Managers trying to show that one is incapable if person is not actively involved in show off activities. No job security, constant firings and layoffs are happening. HR team does not know how to talk with the employees and solve their issues. Very bad culture, toxic managers who have come from Amazon, pip culture, no appraisals and less pay. Would not recommend to join here if you want a stable environment. Better join a good start up than this place or go for any other MNC.
