Please do NOT join this company at any cost. Reasons being: 1) No salary on time. 2) Bond Sucks. 3) No growth 4) No internet facility for R&D. 5) No proper Appraisal after waiting for 2 years. 6) TL's are arrogant and juniors credit eaters. 7) Saturdays working Advice to Management 1) Stop collecting original documents for 2 yrs under the name of bond as it is illegal. 2) Stop behaving cheap after all you are an IT company, you cant afford tea and coffee? why u make employee to for it? 3) Provide Internet for R&D purpose 1) This company will make you sign a bond for 2 years and will make you regret for doing so. They will collect all your original documents. 2) No new technology is being used for the office work. Very outdated systems. 3) Employees have no manners and no form of professionalism is being shown by anyone. Also, no work life balance. You need “ask” your manager if you wish to logout or stop working for the particular day. 4) All the HRs are useless, they have no consideration towards their employees. 5) Salary is not on time. No proper attendance maintenance system. 6) No proper leave structure. 7) Once the employee completes their probation period, no formal notice or document is given to the employee. 8) Also, no detailed CTC structure is given in the offer letter. They will make you write it down on a piece of paper for your reference. 9) Office infrastructure is pathetic. 10) Your concerns or issues will never be heard or looked upon. Everything is dislike here, you will get frustrated working here. 1) Salary not on time, you cant maintain your expenses. 2) No Job security 3) you are allowed to enter in company / login at fix timing but you leave after the work done even if your are logged in for more then 20 hrs, 4) No compensation 5) No overtime, if they start pay for overtime believe me you will get twice of your in hand salary as you should support 24/7 them. They work on agile methodology over here. They have a big team. Good salary Good annual income to people who are hard working 25% to 30%. Hr, managers are mostly understanding and supports.

There are a lot of things that company can improve on 1. Do not get your own salary structure 2. Need to sign bond every year 3. After your bond end, you again need to sign the bond, which HR will not tell you at time of joining. (Hidden Rule) 4. Work from home you need to work around 12 hrs as every release is urgent as you are doing work from home. 5. Appraisal meeting not held with HR, HR directly comes up with appraisal letter with no change in it can be made. 6. Take your original documents with 2 yrs bond and keep on increasing bond of 1 yr after appraisal. Managers and HR are the another worst part. When you apply for maternity leave they force you too resign from organisation. Worst organisation ever worked with. Saturday off are only for saying. Make you work on Saturday and late night with no comp or any other benefits.
