There are a lot of things that company can improve on 1. Do not get your own salary structure 2. Need to sign bond every year 3. After your bond end, you again need to sign the bond, which HR will not tell you at time of joining. (Hidden Rule) 4. Take your original documents with 2 yrs bond and keep on increasing bond of 1 yr after appraisal. Managers and HR are the another worst part. When you apply for maternity leave they force you too resign from organisation. Worst organisation ever worked with. Saturday off are only for saying. Make you work on Saturday and late night with no comp or any other benefits.
