Over all it was a good experience for me as a fresher. So many thing to learn and also team manager very helpfull at avery stage , motivating , encouraging Yes there are likes and dislikes as well but overall was good interm of salary , appraisal is also good totally depend on you

As we have to generate self lead interact with so many business owner in a single day, Day by day confidence level has increased.

Their management and how to treat fresher employees, They start asking number (Sales) from first week of joining.

Totally exhaust, because in a single day we have to visit more than 20 SME's so that able to find out proper 6-7 meetings, If the employee is unable to full fill the criteria of meeting, half day will be mark on that day.

No work and life balance...even they will called you to work on Sunday also, pathetic work culture, if you are in mood for job change and if manager come to know he will stop your salary. Terrible experience I have.
