Good and healthy work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and encouraging, above all the management maintains a healthy & transparent relationship with the team around. Loads of scope to learn new things each day. Work load is huge but it can be balanced easily by working smartly.

Dislikes

Since the company is small, there is a huge scope of learning new technologies and working on multiple projects and gaining some solid experience throughout but on the other hand the salary is a little on a lower side as compared to market standards. Accordingly increments are also lesser but regular though.

Work Details

The job was quite challenging but I loved & enjoyed every bit of it. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
