Excelsior Research is good organization where I learnt lots of things and I enjoyed while working in this organisation, people are also helpful like family members.

Dislikes

There is no facilities like food cantine, Overtime or medical etc.

Work Details

The job was interesting I struggled a lot from the begining because company was started new steps. So I learnt a lot in IT fild as well as I did different roles in team.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
