Work environment is good. Colleagues and Managers are cooperative.

Dislikes

No salary hike and no job security for contractual employees. They keep on extending contract sometimes for 2 months, sometimes 3, 6 etc. People working from almost 2 years with no salary hike or any appraisal.

Teammates will be positive. Good guidance will be given by seniors. Job security is fine.

Dislikes

No proper training sessions. They want you to work ASAP, and you must not commit mistakes. If everything goes smooth credits to manager if not goes to freshers and their mistakes. End of the day its corporate you have to move on.

Work Details

Not good, struggled a bit in beginning as there were no formal training sessions. Learn everything when you do work only. More responsibilities on better performing candidates.
