Don’t expect to make a meaningful impact. Most initiatives die before they even begin. Toxic culture everywhere. If you're not part of the in crowd, you're treated like dirt. Avoid this place at all costs.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
