The leadership lacks basic knowledge of the industry. It’s shocking how they manage to stay in power. The tools and software we use are outdated and frequently malfunction, adding to our stress.

Job security here is a joke; management is constantly shifting priorities. Zero job stability; I’m always worried about being the next to go. Resources are wasted on pointless projects that lead nowhere. The constant micromanagement creates a stifling atmosphere. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
