There is nothing to like, The management is (Tandon Only) worst . Don't think ever joining this company even you are jobless. from January 2020 Tandon is handling the entire organization as per his wish.He will offer you good salary, but after a month he will sack you from job. Till date he has fired lots of employees like this. before joining pls. check online review. Previously it was Evolve Technologies & services Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2017 they sold it to Teamleae. So please consider this before joining. you will destroy your own career by joining this company....Read More

Management of Tandon. Not even giving my FNF payment , most of the employees have file legal case against company for recovery of FNF payment even gratuity payment also not given by company. They have cheated all the existing employees who have completed 5 years services at Evolve Technologies by issuing just a simple service transfer letter and not paid any fnf amount....Read More

Only salary is good. But no job security due to management is very bad and also owner of the company is very rude and annoying person.

Dislikes

Their is no good management system. Huge politics in between managers And no job security so its my experience never joined this company.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
