Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management is good enough to implement new technologies into the company which will give better exposure to the employees. All are working as a family.

Dislikes

There is no work- life balance and also shortage of manpower as compared to assignments. The work culture is like family business. There is no place for experienced employees to take decisions.

one major problem I am facing is the local language which I am not aware at all but the staff are really very good. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Management is excellent, and working environment is good, company rules and regulations are excellent too.

There is no timing for employees some time we needed to work more than 12 hours instead of as per duty time 10 hours, and getting leaves speciality is to rescue because of hotel is busy always.

I really thankfull for my preview company because I learnt a lot from there, they were conducting very good training session by well experienced trainer and every week, it was helped to learn a lot decipline.
