Dislikes

There are few dislikes with orange county. Just one thing in the department is,Everyone playing a great politics there with regarding states. Executive support for there favourites from the same state is just disgusting. Working hours is very, no proper planing in work schedule, Staff firing is nore than staff hiring, trainiees are not taking care of much, one of the trainee is working for 2½months without any off nobody is caring them....Read More

the company owners are very good and the management is there are the worst one can ever see..! management doesnt even care for any employee. they have made the working condition so pathetic if even one wants to work, they would literally demotivate.

Dislikes

Worst place to work, no culture, no proper management, HOD's are worst - they are not even from the same industry, just working 15-18 hrs daily.. not even a proper week off one will get.. people are still working on paper work.. didnt even had a training of anything.. and they worst is we didnt even had a support of our HOD's.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
