office is not hygienic; workspace is not clear. sometimes rats are dying inside office and making the office unhygienic; Ac doesn't work properly need to complaint every time. bathrooms are not clean. Lifts are not properly maintained. (maintainers need to be improved)

I've been with Evolutyz for 4+ years now, and I've enjoyed my time here. The culture is very supportive and collaborative, and there is so much scope to learn. I also appreciate the professional development opportunities Evolutyz offers, such as training courses and conferences.

The company can be a little bureaucratic and siloed sometimes. Overall, I love working with Evolutyz but there is room to improve. I am very comfy with my manager and my fellow colleagues, my personal opinion is we can learn new tech with company provided facilities and upgrade our skill sets and work life balance is very good. Good HR team and very supportive.
