It was a good nin interfering culture where you have to work individually

Not much coordination from colleagues as most of them settled there for long. Secondly this company has exactly no job security as even after working for more than a year, I didn't get appraisal and suddenly in 1 meeting they fired me and only gave 2 weeks notice from their side.

Srini(CEO) is a good person as he taking care of employee by providing lunch and other benefits but few of them are providing miss communication to him. If you want to work in Vizag its a good company but incase client terminate the project they will also terminate you.

Job security is the first concern from any employee because Vizag is not a IT hub yet to get instant other opportunities. So HR's please be careful while motivation employees to relocate from different locations.
