I was part of evolent last 4 years and 8months . I was taking care of 3clients as Quality Analyst. Those clients are gone last week .company immediate reliving 140 employees in one day . Its not good how can we survive with our family.

Missing long term vision at all levels. Multiple rounds of layoffs in last one year, therefore job security is at stake. Too many changes in directions. India leadership lack critical business updates, sometimes it seems they just readout emails/updates. Micromanaged teams through tracking applications. In short, it's a sinking ship.

It was a good company few years back but the culture is slowly getting like a typical service based company.

Dislikes

The organization culture is slowly seeing a decline. Earlier they used to have multiple rounds of interviews, coding tests or practical tests to judge the candidate. However, they are now taking all sorts of candidates without much scrutiny, this could be to minimize costs as good candidates demand better compensation. Earlier, theyused to have technical managers who understood technology well, but nowadays they are hiring managers who do not have much technical acumen.
