100% work from home, Employee Education assistant program is helpful for employees to enhance skills. Open door policy.
Missing long term vision at all levels. Multiple rounds of layoffs in last one year, therefore job security is at stake. Too many changes in directions. It was a good company few years back but the culture is slowly getting like a typical service based company.
The organization culture is slowly seeing a decline. Earlier they used to have multiple rounds of interviews, coding tests or practical tests to judge the candidate.
