The current workplace is not good at all, very congested seating arrangements, and some days there are cases where people don't get seating at all, because apart from HODs, no one else's seating is fixed. Salary compensations are NOT given until you go out and ask for it, or you have good relations with the HODs. Somewhat intresting. No formal training, you learn on field, if you don't learn, you'll be made fun of and eventually feel like leaving. You'll be made to feel that you are left behind. So learn and show that you really are a good employee.
