Waste of time they will tell that we will give training period stipend and for freshers 15,000 but they didn't give any money to anyone we must achieve the target only they will give you salary..very stressful. .. domination. Company timing is 9:30 to 6:30 but they won't send you at that time because we must finish the target only they will send but we must come sharp at morning otherwise you will be terminated.. no leaves can be taken for personal reasons that too they will make big issues. See this is purely sales process we need understand if we do our targets we can earn huge incentives, for that we need to deliver the numbers. Just coming for namesake you cant earn if you're dedicated you will earn lot here as incentives We have multiple products and multiple positions openings if we have potential we can go for next level of earnings.

Hi, I would like to share few things about my company Teammates are like friends n family because bonding with them in few days make me very comfortable in office. But, coming to the point I am not satisfied with my job actually. I can do any work which they give but there is no growth n nothing to learn just do work n go it just like a robo.. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
