Dislikes

Less office space, definitely need big place, which I hear is in process. Managers/seniors sometimes bend rules/policies which shouldn't be the case as it sets wrong example to juniors.

My role involves hiring candidates for the right skill set, it is slightly challenging. However the management highly motivates me and I take this as a challenge.
