Good work Environment .Teammates are supportive, but Manager get partiality to work other members cases are not updated on time over time work in Night ,not get any benefits, incentives , appraisal per year below 300 only get

Manager Behaviour worst with team mates During Saturday half day between 9:00 to 1:00. Teammates are reached on time, but Manager on came by 11:00 AM , updated cases by 11:00 AM ,we are sitting Idle in bench, due to the reason I resign the job now itself not get experience letter to my managers.

The hi ob is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no foal training session. I learn everything on the job by ownself. Not get any promotion benefits
