Lots of Politics, Inhumanity, Toxic Work Culture, HR have no leadership quality, She don't have Decision Making Skills, lack of Communication, She don't know how to write an emails also, Language Problems, No any Professionalism, As a HR of company making rules to break by herself, No WFH but only HR Head & HR can take it any time as per convenience, People are waiting for Cabs in long queues - but when HR Head comes one seat is confirm - no one can even think about 4th seat, Worst thing is her Language and collection of Words, Delaying on Confirmations of employees, After a year everyone is eligible for yearly Appraisal - offcourse not 30% but atleast as per his/her performance. At that time she spreads negativity about company & asking people to leave or laying off. Saying no much work in ETP now and so we are laying off and by 2nd hand finding their replacements. This is the work culture of ETP. Suggestion & Request - Only hire employee if you can treat them as a HUMAN, if you have good amount of work or projects then only expand your team, after hiring don't play with employees CARRER, by time they accept your job offer they first leave current job by stating in mind my new work place will increase learnings or declining other Offer while accepting your offer.. SO PLEASE VALUE YOUR EMPLOYEES. They have not printed their experience letter from Xerox Shops.. Company has provided after good contribution of their skills and abilities. ETP has bright future with excellent management team EXCEPT HEAD HR.. Replace her for immediate CHANGE, GROWTH, POSITIVE WORK CULTURE & to make 1 star to 5 Stars on rating board out of 5 Stars.
