Nothing. The Managers are more egoistic than the CEO'S and VP's. They will absolutely spoil your career and not even let the CEO or VP's & Directors know about the way they micromanage and create favouritism.

HR Policies are worst. Absolutely Zero Learning & Development process. Old primitive way of Punching In & Out through biometric system. Even the HR (Assistant) will call you before few days of preparation of salary and ask about your attendance details if it's missing and then report this to HR Manager and many micromanagement in the HUMAN RESOURCES Department itself. A Company's backbone is it's HR HEAD and fellow employees in HR. But the Backbone is not strong enough for this company to grow as in when it comes to Employee Retention. This Company seriously needs a CHRO or a VP of HR to manage or replace the HR Manager and her assistant. They are absolutely playing a bad game of favouritism. As a fresher BA, there are many new technical skills to learn like SQL, JIRA, Creating FS Documents, User stories and Workflow charts, testing etc..Hands on experience to work on the Product Design and changes.
