Initially you get trained for 6 months on various topics which will boost your technical competence and confidence. If you are lucky you will get to work in some good projects.

Due to recent rapid changes in Management, employees have lost their arrears ( almost 3 months) there is no proper sync between HR and Engineering teams. There is no work life balance.

As a fresher, it's a very good place to work. If you are workholic then it's the better place to work. Career growth is not so much after 3+ years in global edge

Lots of exciting projects, if you are skillful you will be one among them. Even CTO will interact with every engineer as a normal engineer and give large scope to learn with him. It's a great opportunity I got to work with GLOBAL EDGE.
