I have been a part of eTeam for more than a year now and I appreciate a positive and inclusive work environment. I also enjoy the benefits and rewards that the company provides in order to keep its employees motivated.

Dislikes

Every organization has its own pros and cons and being an eTeamite, I can say that eTeam should provide at least 2 floaters in a year. Also, they cover health insurance for the employee but not for their parents or their dependents.

Honestly, there's nothing positive or good to say about the management here. Those folks at the top level seem to have forgotten what basic manners and ethics are. It's like dealing with a bunch of robots who only care about their bottom line. This company's got a "quick hire, quick fire" culture that's beyond ruthless. People are shown the door without a moment's notice, and it's downright heartless. The management here is as ingenuine and insincere as it gets.
