There is nothing like about this company.

Dislikes

No flexibility at all. You can get a call of getting fired anytime. No appraisal system. If you ask for an increament, everytime they give you a reason about company's business getting low which is absolutely false. No scope of future and career.

Worst ever company to work. I will not advise anyone to work here. No work culture bad management. Will find many ways to cut your salary which can be more than 50% of your salary.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
