ESSPL is one of those employee first companies that I had worked for, perfect work balance, excellent place for beginners and the senior management

The salary negotiation at the HR is very tough, they take full advantage of your bench situations and try to on-board you for even 30% less than your past salary, some of the senior managers are too possessive and don't let new comes into the projects so easily, they are not open for new changes

Best company to start your career. Will able to learn a lot from experienced seniors and mentors. Expect few, all are good people to work with. Work life balance depends on various circumstances like personal wish, project requirement, deadlines, challenges in work, etc but if you are qualified enough to complete your tasks in time then your work life balance will be good.

Salary/Increment is not good as per the work pressure you deal with. If you are unable to showcase your capability then you will be dealt with politics.

Best part of ESSPL is it’s culture and working there always felt like family.

Compensation & Benefits can take a backseat if we compare with others but given the Tier 2 city location, it is justified. Performance Management is not great and can be improved.
