Poor Salary & appraisals. Poor Promotions. No acknowledgement Huge communication gap between frontliners & top management. Too much Senior politics Seniors working over 8-10 years have whole control of the company. Dictatorship culture. Company takes the big pie from sales incentive.

Its Completely a corporate good culture company to work here. We also get salary and each and everything on time only company demands for good business. Salary is not good enough. But working in my home town with it is ok for me.
