Dislikes

Backdated people which needs to train and motivate for development, but changing people's mind is the toughest thing to do.... Still I am trying o change that.. we all are trying.

Running the department of Quality Management System under the Head of QA. I have 3 teams of Quality Auditors, QMS and Product Safety.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
