Alcor is a place for people, who wants to work and grow and re ready for the growth and learning challenges thrown at them. The only people that does not like to work with Alcor are the ones that does not believe in working hard for their Goals

In Alcor you can find two types of people, 1. Who are associated with the company for a longer period of time, who are satisfied and can keep pace with the opportunities and growth. 2. Who cannot keep pace with the growth and their performance is easily visible in front of the other team members and then they crib about the company.
