I can hardly find the words to express the profound disappointment and disillusionment I experienced during my tenure at Escapades The Rebellion. Joining this organization was like stepping into a labyrinth of deceit and chaos, where promises were broken, trust was shattered, and basic ethical principles were discarded with contemptuous abandon.To begin with, the most glaring issue was the company's abhorrent treatment of its employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The management's callous attitude towards paying salaries on time created a never-ending cycle of financial distress for the hardworking staff</mark>. Each payday became a dreaded day of reckoning, where we were forced to play a cruel waiting game, hoping that maybe, just maybe, this time we would be paid on schedule. Alas, our hopes were in vain, and the prolonged delays made it apparent that the company lacked any regard for the welfare of its employees. But the appalling practices did not end there. I was dismayed to discover that ETR was not only indifferent to the well-being of its own workers but also engaged in fraudulent activities with clients and suppliers alike. The treacherous web of deceit spun by the management was nothing short of a betrayal of trust. Clients were promised the world, only to be handed subpar services, leaving them feeling cheated and deceived. As an employee, I felt the weight of guilt as I witnessed firsthand how my own company manipulated clients for the sake of profit, forsaking any sense of integrity or honesty. The mistreatment extended to our suppliers as well(Eco Hiking -Mr Manmohan, MMT and many more). Payments to them were consistently delayed, causing immense strain on their businesses and, consequently, souring our professional relationships. The company's lack of transparency and accountability painted a vivid picture of their true character: a dup of opportunistic individuals willing to sacrifice the trust of those they work with for a few extra pennies. The toxic work environment was a breeding ground for despair, and many employees, including myself, found themselves mired in a deep sense of hopelessness. Morale was at an all-time low, and productivity plummeted as we struggled to find motivation in an atmosphere tainted by dishonesty and deception. In conclusion, my time at Escapades The Rebellion was an arduous ordeal that has left me scarred and disheartened. The company's inability to pay salaries on time and their despicable practices with clients and suppliers underscored their utter lack of integrity and ethical values. I can only hope that prospective employees, clients, and suppliers will be warned and take their business elsewhere, avoiding the anguish and disappointment that comes with any association with this disreputable establishment....Read More
