Escalon has a great work culture and I am so delighted to be part of it. To work in such an amazing environment is like a dream come true. The work-life balance is the best thing about this company that gives you great benefits. Yo get to lean a lot. One of the best companies so far.

At Escalon you contently up skill yourself. There is no halt for learners. TLS and managers are very supportive. If yo are facing any problem with the workload, they can figure it out in the best way possible. Everyone's a star here.

It has been an absolute pleasure working in Escalon as of now. The team members are really supportive and help in every possible way. The management team is continuously innovating as well as work from home has been really good to manage. I got extra leaves when I got covid positive as well as got assistance for medical reimbursements.

Proper trainings were provided to me and coming from a non MNC background the environment was really warm and welcoming as of now everyone is working from home so looking forward to resume work from office when things improve.

I feel work is a bit more tiresome but the reason for the same being work from home as work takes a bit more time than usual. Apart from that I enjoy my work as its challenging and i get ample opportunities to try new things.
