Escalon works for the highest standard of client satisfaction which requires maintaining the highest quality of work.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the company evaluates performance based on client satisfaction and client response even in a few circumstances clients are too demanding which normally requires overworking and stretching in shifts to maintain client satisfaction, and even then, a few clients do not provide positive feedback and employee hard work and dedication evaluation gets underrated.

I don't like anything here

Dislikes

It's doesn't deserve the one start also. As it's management for hiring a candidate is very bad. They don't even bother about candidate who has cleared all the rounds of interview afterall they will put you on hold till they don't find anyone with less salary expectation.

Escalon Mohali office very good.

Dislikes

Everything is worst in Escalon, all the work pressure directly shifted to the lower level. No work-life balance too much politics and also Zero professionalism. It is 5 days working only in the offer letter but you have to work Saturday and Sunday and also every day you have to work 12 hours to complete your work.
