For me, Escalon is not a only workplace for me while its an exceptional accounting firm, delivering a supportive and balanced work environment that truley values its employees. Its allow me as well all employee to thrive both professionally and personally. Escalon works for the highest standard of client satisfaction which requires maintaining the highest quality of work.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the company evaluates performance based on client satisfaction and client response even in a few circumstances clients are too demanding which normally requires overworking and stretching in shifts to maintain client satisfaction, and even then, a few clients do not provide positive feedback and employee hard work and dedication evaluation gets underrated.

No checks on Lead Manager to counter their personal biasedness. Some of them are taking huge advantages just to fuel their egoes. Management doesn't take any actions on their top leads (Senior Managers), not even after multiple and repetative complaints by the suborinates. While a junior can be fired by a mere fake allegation of anysort. Misbhave is being weaponized by those leads where they don't have to prove anything to revenge against their pawns....Read More
