It was a good company once upon a time but as the company grew the office politics took over and management is not at all bothered to make substantial changes which is reflected by its attrition percentage which is around 40%

I enjoyed the work environment and company culture. However, my particular role had become repetitive that I had mastered in basic. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I didn’t felt like I was receiving enough challenge from the role.

Sometimes, the company evaluates performance based on client satisfaction and client response even in a few circumstances clients are too demanding which normally requires overworking and stretching in shifts to maintain client satisfaction, and even then, a few clients do not provide positive feedback and employee hard work and dedication evaluation gets underrated.

Politics is at it's peak, all work is meant for associate level only even seniors force to do work which is actually their work , no support, full blaming, leadership zero , dictatorship 100%, you can spend your whole life in same salary unless you force them for increment

Multiple level for reviewing work and the whole work done by a single associate still many of their clients leave them due to quality issues, associates are highly burdened with the work and seniors spend their time in calling (not for business purpose) , cafeteria, or playing pool and foosball

No process and policies, just overnight email changes the process or ever verbal words become process any time, You need to be in good books otherwise no growth, biasness with Employees because many employees working from home with objections because ofbeing in good books and may employees has to come regularly office. All your hardwork is rates on the basis of US controller remarks.

No checks on Lead Manager to counter their personal biasedness. Some of them are taking huge advantages just to fuel their egoes. Management doesn't take any actions on their top leads (Senior Managers), not even after multiple and repetative complaints by the suborinates. The onbaord training is given on your initial days which help you to make your base for the main softwares which you will use later on. So overall the culture is very good along with the working environment and colleagues are very supportive.

As I am a new joiner so my experience for a few days went great. All the presentations and sessions were greatly interactive and informational, be it regarding the organisational structure and all the departments, all was great.

Dislikes

There's less space available for parking for 4 wheelers.
