Work from home. But they'll not provide machine to work

3 yrs bond, if you break you have to pay 1year salary. 3 months notice period. After I agreeing all this condition. They give me offer Letter and hired me for a graphic designer role 10 days ago. And now they are firing me because of i didn't meet production percentage (which is impossible to meet that in 10 days).. Not only me. They are planned to fire a group of new joiners. 10:30 work hours per day. And if you log out on correct time they'll blame you. Night shift only for new joiners(never think about night shift allowance) . Worst thing about this company was management. I have worked in various company. Never ever seen like this. They can do anything to get good name at higher position. I'm especially mentioning one guy who holds the power. He even didn't talked nicely when firing me. I resigned my old job to get here.
