Salary,Promotion and transfer My home is 50km far from my branch and I am Daily travelling here to my home and also some days branch close after 7.30pm, also I am not comfortable to this situation Employee satisfaction is a major factor

Politics by HR & seniar managment if any employee resign then reliving hold without any matter , no any support by managment or HR, HR is only a name no any power in HR team Only one lobby manage whole bank from kerala. I suggest never work here if you want to grow your carreer.

I like working at ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK bank because as a first job I started my career from here and I learned very much thing about bank and system.

Compare to other bank ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK didn't provide every type of facilities and this thing may be little bit difficult to communicate with people for business.

ESAF bank is a good organization and improving bank job instability 100% our MD sir very good nature for all employees

Dislikes

Some issues for customer service related for example atm pin generate process not esy mobile number process very problematic current account opening process difficult compression other bank

Esaf is the best organisation ever I've seen. that was my first job..they give me opportunity to do this..I've learnt many things specially how to communicate with customer....how to manage all system...and specially esaf gave me respectful life....and etc....

Company is good with salary and benifits but working environment and colleagues are very bad they give torture and mind f***.back there I'm worked as customer service executive(CSE) while worked there if customer couldn't pay their amount CLUSTER HEAD and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CSM) give pressure to pay our money to customer account.if I refuse to do that they blackmail me to do that work....WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS...Read More

HR policies is the worst. Hike and promotion is only for name sake. If you put your papers you will get your FnF after 3.5 months months with notice period of 2 months. There many policies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. Company as in Micro finance is good and growing and environment is also friendly.

This is a huge sentence I can type, as work with the ground staff is not good and supportive, many employees has been struggling with salary and incentive where people left there home and staying far for the work. ESAF do not have any compassion towards the employee as we are machine and continue working in pressure on head. Many employees has not been satisfied by the facility and growth of the employee and transfer to the native place is hard... ESAF has forgotten the role of the employee designation and rank - all work has a donkey, complete the day and cry at the end of getting less salary and incentive which do not satisfy their family needs... All policies has been up and down as the head of some people do not focus on the ground only focus on skies to fly high... Too much pressure for business with operations work. Management don't care about new and old employees. If business and Life Insurance not do they ask to resign on VC and branch will not close till 9 or 10 PM. No work life balance even on weekends and holidays ask to do customer engagement activity.

The branch manager chhindwara is not perfect for the branch manager. It has no knowledge about how to manage and behave his employees and subordinates. Branch head behavior is not accepting by the subordinates. It is very harmful for the bank organization growth. Due to this behavior type some employees have resigned . It is very bad thing.
