You will be assigned some work less manager as your counsellor and she will make unnecessary troubles on top of the work pressure from client. Because she don’t have any work rather than troubling the employees.

Considering there are many small departments, the Team you are working in, the manager and the bad politics can not be monitored and its such a huge organisation you often get confused whom to reach out to. No strong Human resources to solve actual issues

Don't Join Financial Risk projects of Indian entity. You will regret why you didn't take the alternative offer. Forget about personal life. Take interviews, prepare resumes for candidates, do your client work. Don't know who from this organisation went to client that guy literally did oversell to client now client is taking full advantage of it and you don't have anyone to complain.
